  • I massively enjoy creating bespoke learning experiences for teams and organisations.

    I write learning experiences a bit like someone might write a play — there always needs to be a story and a message behind that story.

    I like to use the ‘rags-to-riches’ framework when creating learning experiences because I like to say that people arrive in Primark and leave in Prada.

    Thus, every story has a beginning and an end, but also allows for a sequal, to support CPD.

    I frequently cast members of my faculty into the delivery of that story — or, if appropriate, a superstar from my network.
