Facilitating Services
-
Facilitating, for me, is about creating the perfect environment where creativity thrives, problems unravel, and potential is unlocked.
It’s not about giving answers—it’s about guiding individuals and teams to find their own.
With over a decade of experience leading the world’s most awarded ad school, I’ve honed the art of inspiring clarity, connection, and bold ideas.
As a facilitator, I bring structure, energy, and playfulness to the table, blending practical tools with thought-provoking insights.
Whether it’s helping teams align on a vision, brainstorming groundbreaking campaigns, or tackling complex challenges, I use proven frameworks and a touch of creative magic to spark breakthroughs.
Facilitating is about asking the right questions, creating space for honest collaboration, and ensuring everyone leaves with something powerful—whether that’s a new idea, a fresh perspective, or the confidence to take the next step.
It’s more than a process; it’s a journey to discover what’s possible.

Facilitating and coaching might look similar on the surface, but they are two distinct ways I help people achieve clarity, creativity, and progress.
Facilitating, for me, is about guiding a process—whether for an individual or a group. It’s the ringmaster in me, bringing energy and structure to help unlock potential and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Facilitation is about creating the conditions for breakthroughs, whether it’s brainstorming new ideas, solving complex problems, or exploring possibilities. It’s practical, dynamic, and outcome-driven, and I use a toolbox of proven frameworks and techniques to make it work, no matter the size of the audience.
This doesn’t have to be a team effort. Facilitating for individuals can be just as powerful—it’s about helping someone navigate a process they wouldn’t get through as effectively on their own.
Whether it’s designing a personal roadmap, scamping creative ideas, or exploring solutions to a challenge, facilitation provides structure and momentum to move forward.
Coaching, in contrast, is deeply personal and reflective. It’s about asking the right questions, holding space for exploration, and helping someone find their own answers, without introducing tools or frameworks.
Coaching is less about process and more about discovery—it’s about helping individuals dig into their potential and grow in ways that feel authentic to them.
For me, facilitation is where action meets clarity—helping individuals or teams achieve their goals through focus and momentum. Coaching is about creating a quieter space for individuals to find their truth. Both have their place, and both can be transformative in their own way.

My facilitating style is a performance, a journey, and a masterclass in unlocking potential, all rolled into one. It’s what happens when the bold energy of a Circus Ringmaster meets the purpose-driven clarity of a Preacher—and yes, it’s as dynamic as it sounds.
As a Ringmaster, I don’t just guide the process; I design the experience. I think about everything—the set, the lighting, the atmosphere, the rhythm of the session, even the music that sets the tone.
Every detail matters because facilitation is as much about creating the right environment as it is about guiding the conversation. I carefully curate the process, bringing in special guests or unexpected elements to spark energy, fresh ideas, and memorable moments.
It’s about making the space feel exciting and alive, where creativity and collaboration can thrive.
As a Preacher, I focus on depth and purpose. I’m there to inspire clarity, to guide you toward the heart of the matter, and to help you leave with conviction.
Through storytelling, powerful questions, and thoughtful insights, I help you and your team uncover truths, solve problems, and take action that aligns with your values and goals.
What makes my style truly unique is this balance of orchestration and reflection. I use my years of experience leading creatives, proven frameworks, and a playful yet practical approach to create a process that’s structured but never rigid, inspiring but always actionable.
When I facilitate, it’s more than just a session—it’s an experience. It’s where ideas come alive, challenges dissolve, and you leave feeling not just accomplished but energized and inspired.
Whether it’s for individuals, teams, or organizations, my approach makes the process unforgettable and the results transformative.

I absolutely love creating interactive and engaging experiences that help to unlock minds.
My ideal way of working is to take a very tight brief, ideally one word, and grow it into something with long-lasting resonnance.
To illustrate this way of working, on this page I am sharing an overview for two off-the-shelf half-day experiences; Legacy and Purpose.
Please note that even these can be adapted to get the best results.
